Information from third parties
If you click an affiliate link and sign up to a partner platform, that partner may pass back a referral identifier (typically a hashed sub-ID) to confirm the conversion. We do not receive your name, email, or any account information from partners — only an aggregated commission report.

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We share information with the following categories of service providers:
- Hosting and infrastructure (servers, CDN, email delivery).
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC).
- Affiliate networks for click attribution (no personal data shared by us).
Some providers store data outside Australia (typically the United States or the European Union). When this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your data consistently with the APPs.
5. How we protect your data
We use HTTPS across the entire site, password-hash all admin accounts, restrict server access to authorised personnel, and run automated security scanning. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable steps to protect data from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.
6. How long we keep data
- Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form messages: 24 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention).
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter).
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

To exercise these rights, email us via the contact page. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
